Wilflex Revive inks (plastisol inks) are created with 50-59% bio-derived content, helping screen printers achieve their sustainability goals while offering the same easy printing experience as a typical plastisol. Tested to ASTM D6866, they aim to reduce screen printers’ reliance on fossil fuel-based inks. In addition to excellent wash durability and a super-soft hand, they can provide an intuitive printing experience with conventional screen printing equipment and processes.

Jeanette Hardy, EMEA and APAC Sales Director, Avient Specialty Inks says

“We are thrilled to announce the global launch of Wilflex Revive – the first of our bio-derived product lines for inks. This product is an easy switch for our plastisol customers and can help them meet sustainability goals.”

Revive inks also join Wilflex’s portfolio of sustainable offerings for screen printing, including Wilflex™ Epic™ flexible cure inks for reduced energy use.

Wilflex Revive inks (plastisol inks) are currently offered in a base and white and are compatible with the Wilflex Epic PC Express Color Mixing System. These can be mixed into thousands of Pantone® shades using IMS 3.0, Avient Specialty Inks’ proprietary color formulation software. Formulas in IMS 3.0 will automatically calculate the bio-derived content associated with each Pantone color. Wilflex Revive bio plastisol inks will be available from Wilflex distributors beginning March 2024. Contact a Wilflex distributor at Avient to learn more.
