The Belharra system has now been operating in full production for several months, consistently delivering outstanding performance and reliability. Every day, the press produces tens of thousands of photos that are distributed across Canada, supporting Les Pros de la Photo's commitment to high-quality photo products and fast turnaround times.
Designed specifically for high-volume photo printing, Belharra combines Kyocera's advanced inkjet printheads with KNIS's expertise in high quality printers. The system offers exceptional image quality, high productivity, and operational efficiency, enabling photo labs to meet growing demand while maintaining the highest standards of consistency and durability.
"We are delighted to see Belharra successfully operating in Canada. The installation at Les Pros de la Photo is much more than a commercial success, it is an important validation of our technology in one of the world's biggest photo markets. Achieving this milestone only a few months after Belharra's official launch confirms the strong interest our solution is generating internationally."
said Jean-Marc Pasturel, Sales and Marketing director at Kyocera Nixka Inkjet Systems.
For Les Pros de la Photo, the investment supports the company's strategy of continuously modernizing its production capabilities while delivering premium-quality prints to customers across Canada.
"We were looking for a solution that could combine industrial productivity with uncompromising photo quality. Belharra has met these expectations and has quickly become an integral part of our production environment."
said Michel Labadie, President at Les Pros de la Photo.
This first North American installation paves the way for further international deployments as Kyocera Nixka Inkjet Systems continues to expand the global footprint of the Belharra platform and support wholesale photo finishing labs in their transformation from silver halide to inkjet.
