NEOS – a leader in the digital printing industry for manufacturing – kicks off 2024 with the relocation to its new headquarters in Fiorano Modenese, Italy
The site is just steps away from the iconic made-in-Italy symbol, Ferrari. The move is a significant step forward for NEOS, which has, in the past few years, gained new market shares, demonstrating consistent revenue growth. Currently, the company is poised to solidify its success with a turnover of €15 million. NEOS aims to double this figure by 2026.
“We are excited about this new chapter in our history. NEOS’s vision has always been oriented towards combining expertise and technologies to offer cutting-edge solutions in digital printing.”
After a period of foundational development, coupled with a turbulent economic landscape, NEOS accelerated its pace in 2023. Last year was a decisive year for NEOS. The company worked on technological refinements and actively participated in international technical conferences. It also had a presence at two key global industry events. In addition, NEOS increased its number of successful installations across various industrial sectors.

‘Made-in-NEOS’ inkjet digital printing solutions have proven effective for applications in the furniture industry and packaging sector. Applications include large-format decoration (over 2m wide) and wallpaper printing, printing on plastic film, dedicated lines for folding cardboard, melamine-coated panels, metal packaging and edge-banding.
During this period, NEOS successfully collaborated with InkGenio – an expert in inkjet development and manufacturing. Together, the companies have formulated customised inks, ensuring compliance with high standards in the food and furniture industry. Notable offerings include special colours and inks with tactile and reflective effects, as well as a wide selection of primers developed for treating various types of substrates.
Today, with a 12,000m2 facility adhering to the latest standards of sustainability and innovation, NEOS is ready to expand its presence. The new facility – powered by a solar panel park – not only quadruples production capacity, but also integrates the machine hardware division. This incorporates InkGenio’s expertise in inkjet-ink development and manufacturing. A separate area has been dedicated to the food sector to avoid possible contaminations and to comply with GMP regulations.
Already responsible for the complete development and design of its machines – from mechanical and electronic aspects to software and colour management – NEOS can now offer more comprehensive solutions.

Vincenzo Palumbo, CEO and Founder of NEOS, comments, “We are excited about this new chapter in our history. NEOS’s vision has always been oriented towards combining expertise and technologies to offer cutting-edge solutions in digital printing.” He continues, “With the new headquarters and on-site integration of InkGenio, we create an innovation hub where the design of printing machines synergistically merges with custom ink design. In this way, we can provide even more immediate and precise responses to our customers, meeting all their demands with shared and increasingly advanced expertise.”
A strategic emphasis is on the innovative demonstration centre, where tests are shown with customer-specific substrates. The modular approach to designing inkjet printers, meeting the customer’s exact requirements, allows NEOS to build specific solutions for its wide customer base. The conference area for seminars and training activities is available for specific operator briefings and general training.
With these initiatives, NEOS goes into 2024 with a firm commitment to stand out internationally for the quality of its made-in-Italy products. This commitment, together with its flexibility of technologies, are important tools for addressing the current market. The goal is to maximise the advantages of digital printing technology and contribute to environmental-impact reduction through optimised energy consumption and decreased material waste.
