Wherever they are in the world, no screen printer wants to waste money unnecessarily on printing materials - so it would seem to be a good idea to use the cheapest possible solvents for removing inks and stencils from printing screens and for general press cleaning.

However, in this area like so many others in business, cheapest isn't always best.
